Whether presenting to clinicians, supervisors, organizational leaders, interdisciplinary teams, or statewide initiatives, my goal is to create learning experiences that are intellectually engaging, clinically meaningful, and immediately applicable. Participants leave with more than information. They leave with new ways of thinking, greater confidence in their decision-making, and practical strategies they can integrate into their work with children, families, colleagues, and organizations.

Every presentation is grounded in current research, reflective practice, clinical experience, and adult learning principles, creating opportunities for participants to think critically, engage with complexity, and connect new knowledge to everyday practice.

Presentation Topics

Presentation content is customized for each audience and may include:

  • Understanding the social, emotional, and relational development of infants and young children through a relationship-based, developmentally informed lens.

  • Clinical practice, implementation, fidelity, case conceptualization, advanced interventions, supervisor development, and organizational implementation.

  • Supporting families during pregnancy, birth, the transition to parenthood, and the earliest stages of infant-caregiver relationships.

  • Infant and early childhood trauma, medical trauma, complex trauma, traumatic grief, resilience, and healing through relationships.

  • Relationship-based practice within child welfare systems, implementation of evidence-informed interventions, supporting reunification, reflective practice, and cross-system collaboration.
